Click and tap maps
Every interaction plotted where it happened, on desktop and on mobile, with the real page underneath.
Scroll depth
See the exact line where most people stop reading — usually far above where you put the call to action.
Rage-click detection
Repeated clicks on something that is not clickable are flagged automatically. They are the cheapest bugs you will ever fix.
How it works
Install the script
Heatmaps use the same tag as the rest of PulseTrack. Nothing extra to add.
Pick a page
Choose any URL that has traffic. The map builds from sessions already recorded.
Segment and act
Filter by device, source or country to find where a layout breaks down.
Frequently asked
Do heatmaps record my visitors' screens?+
No. PulseTrack records interaction coordinates and page structure, never a video of the screen and never form contents. There is no session video to leak.
Will heatmaps slow down my site?+
The whole PulseTrack script is 2.8 KB and loads with defer, so it never blocks rendering. Heatmap collection adds no additional request.
How much traffic do I need before a heatmap is useful?+
A few hundred sessions on a page is usually enough to see clear patterns. Below that, individual behaviour dominates and the map is noisy.
Does this need a cookie banner?+
No. Heatmaps are built from the same cookie-free, non-personal data as the rest of PulseTrack.
